Help Us Shape The Future Of Rich Text!
Thank you for your service, Rich Texters 😇
When we launched Rich Text just over five (!!!!) years ago, we had no idea what we were doing or what this community would grow to be.
In January 2021, we were still working our full-time jobs as journalists at HuffPost, we couldn’t even guess as to what the future of independent media would look like, and we certainly didn’t anticipate how central this incredible community would become to our lives. And you, our wonderful subscribers, have made all of this — every recommendations email, every recap of a made-for-Netflix holiday movie starring Lindsay Lohan, every rousing group chat about Bachelor Nation shenanigans or presidential debates — possible.
Lately, we’ve been thinking more and more about what comes next for this newsletter. And that’s where all of YOU come in. We want to make sure that the next chapter of Rich Text is the best yet, and that’s why we’re asking you to pretty please take this reader survey.
We want to know what you’d like to see more — or less — of! Wall-to-wall reality TV coverage? More political deep dives? A healthy dose of personal essays? Do you love our recommendations emails, or do you wish they came less frequently? Do you have a topic you’re dying to hear us dive into in a future podcast episode? We want to hear it all. Because while Rich Text will always be a representation of us and our passions, we also want it to really provide value to all of you.
And we know (WE KNOW) that it’s annoying as hell to click a link and take time out of your busy day to fill out… a survey. We get it! We’re asking a lot. So we mean it when we say that we deeply appreciate each and every one of you who do take the time.
Cheers to five more years of Rich Text! 🥂

I love a survey 😅 And this one was designed so well.
