Emma, your paragraph on Death & Other Details made me think you would probably really like The CW's reboot of Nancy Drew if you haven't seen it- surprisingly mature and well-done take on Nancy Drew as a burned-out millennial woman. It just ended after four seasons but was so good!
I think Death & Other Details is a Knives Out spinoff show?-- (was full on obsessed with both Knives Out movies), so I’m dying to see this one too. I just watched the doc American Nightmare on Netflix, and omgggg. It was riveting and really well done I thought! It’s from the team that did the Tinder Swindler doc, so in case anyone is looking for an addictive true crime binge, voila! I’m also dying over those pants, Emma! So good! And adding that book to my list too, Claire! 🤍
I almost included “American Nightmare” in this newsletter as well but it was getting long lol. I found it horrifying and riveting. Watched it all in one sitting!
